Typing one handed

This is my first post since my son was born, nearly a month ago.  He graced us with his presence on January 6, and since then I have literally not had a moment to myself to blog.  As it is, I'm holding him in my left arm, while I type with my right.  I'm totally backlogged on posts, and have several recipes to share with you, as well as little Link's birth story (the husband gave him his blog name, and I kinda like it) :)  But the pressures of a new born, a toddler, a new business and graduate school have left little time for anything else.
